FeedKill Watch ("the App") helps Shopify merchants monitor product feed health for Google Shopping and other channels. This policy describes what data we process, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Product scan results — identifiers, titles, publish status, and feed-health alerts derived from your catalog.
- GMC import data — disapproval rows you paste into the app, matched to Shopify products for alert display.
- Shop settings — billing plan, optional alert email, onboarding status, and poll preferences.
- Session data — OAuth tokens required to operate as an embedded Shopify app, plus Shopify admin-session metadata. The App does not request or store Shopify customer, buyer, or order records.
How we use data
Data is used solely to scan your catalog, display the alert feed, send optional email digests you configure, and record poll history. We do not use merchant or product data for advertising.
Retention
Alerts, imports, and shop settings are retained while the App is installed. When you uninstall, we delete shop data via Shopify's app/uninstalled and shop/redact webhooks. FeedKill Watch has no customer-linked rows; Shopify's mandatory customers/redact requests are accepted as no-op deletions. Digest emails are sent only to addresses you provide in app settings.
GDPR and data subject requests
We respond to Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks. Because FeedKill Watch stores no customer-linked records, customers/data_request returns an empty customer-data set and customers/redact is a no-op. shop/redact deletes all retained shop data.
