Cancel billing
Open the in-app Billing page and choose Manage plan in Shopify. Shopify's hosted pricing page shows the effective date and any billing adjustment before you confirm an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation. See our refund policy for refund requests within 30 days of a charge.

FeedKill Watch Agency ($49.99/mo, planned) is the next paid tier above Pro. It targets agencies and operators managing multiple Shopify stores who need feed health visibility without logging into each admin daily.
Agency is planned to include:
- Up to 5 stores per subscription with a cross-store rollup dashboard (alert counts, worst-store ranking)
- Slack webhooks on new critical alerts (per store, configurable URL)
- Google Merchant Center OAuth — direct sync replaces manual paste import
- Weekly executive summary email and scheduled CSV exports
