Refund Policy

FeedKill Watch is billed through Shopify's app billing system. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Pro subscriptions.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin: Settings → Apps → FeedKill Watch → Manage. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied with the app, contact us at support@feedkillwatch.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your shop domain and a brief description of the issue.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Shopify's billing system. Refund amounts and timing are determined at Shopify's discretion and may be prorated based on usage and the remaining billing period. We do not process refunds outside Shopify billing.
Free trial
New installs include a FeedKill Watch Pro trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, the monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel in Shopify admin.
